Weeks Studio opened online just one year ago, and the support we’ve received from families across the U.S. and beyond has been truly humbling. Creating meaningful keepsakes for others, as a mother in the fleeting season of tiny hands and feet myself, has been an honor I don’t take lightly.
With this growth, we’ve reached a point where it’s important to PAUSE and refine our workflow, communication, and fulfillment processes so we can continue delivering the quality and experience you trust us with, especially for such sentimental, once-in-a-lifetime pieces.
During this temporary closure, we are focusing fully on:
- Fulfilling all pending orders
- Responding to outstanding customer support inquiries
- Integrating new systems and preparing our refreshed website for a more enjoyable customer experience
This decision was not made lightly, but it is a necessary step for the long-term health of the studio and our ability to serve families well. We believe this pause will allow us to return with a smoother, more reliable experience for both current and future customers.
